Portable System Deployment (PSD)* – 2 Day

10:00 - 18:00

This course provides the foundation today’s users require to accurately deploy portable live sound systems, whatever the size and application – including a basic understanding of networked audio and sound system monitoring.

Attendees acquire a working knowledge of the entire process, from initial system design to final verification, and everything in between. All topics are demonstrated in practice using Meyer Sound solutions, including loudspeakers, rigging hardware, the MAPP 3D System Design Tool, Galileo GALAXY Network Platform, Compass Control Software, Nebra Connectivity & Monitoring Tool, AVB MILAN networking, and FFT‑based transfer‑function analyzers.

Though this course focuses primarily on live sound, the content is suitable for anyone involved in designing and deploying sound systems, either portable or installed. Whether you are an aspiring student, or a seasoned professional with decades of experience, equip yourself with the tools and techniques to take your ideal sound system from concept to reality.

PSD is eligible for 13 AVIXA CTS, CTS-D, CTS-I RU.

*Trainings will be presented in English. The registration fee includes training materials, morning coffee + pastries, and 13 AVIXA CTS RU.
